Steps to apply for your China visa through us:

- Please provide the following required documents by photos in COLOR electronically by email or phone. DO NOT send us the originals before your visa application is preliminarily approved. You will be notified when you should send us the original passport.

- If you are visiting China for less than 90 days, here is the document list we will need to apply for an L China visa, typically for travelling to China for tourism or short-term business.
- Your current US passport must have a minimum of six months left before expired;
- Take a photo of two blank pages inside your current passport to ensure that your new China visa has space to be issued inside your passport;
- One digital passport photo. It can be a selfie taken by your phone. No need to send us the actual paper photo;
- Please provide your name in Chinese characters if you were born in China;
- Please provide the verification document for your address in the US: it can be your current driver’s license or a utility bill within the last two months.
For an underage person who is younger than 18 years old, please provide either of the parents’ driver’s licenses or a utility bill under either parent’s name;
- Your expired China visa if you had one from before. If your expired China visa is stamped in your old passport (not in your current passport), we will need a photocopy of your expired China visa;
- If your current China visa has not expired and you want to get a new China visa, please send us both your current passport and the old passport in which your old China visa was issued. We will need to submit both original passports to the Chinese Consulate in order to issue a new China visa in your current passport.
Please note if you are under 18 years old, please provide a photocopy of your birth certificate with both your parents’ names showing, and copies of both parents’ current/unexpired passports. Both parents’ current ID documents are required for an underage applicant.)
For a 10-year multiple-entry visa to China, the Chinese Consulate requires your passport to have a minimum of one year before its expiration date.
